Built-in 5300mAh Battery: The Xiaomi 14 Ultra uses a 5300mAh “Jinshajiang” battery design, supporting 90W wired fast charging and 80W wireless fast charging. Through a new generation of silicon-carbon anode technology, it further increases battery capacity while reducing battery size.

1-inch LEICA Sensor & Quad 50MP Lenses: For the camera, the front features a 32MP punch-hole front-facing camera. The rear main camera specifications are almost identical to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, but the wide-angle lens with an equivalent 23mm focal length has been upgraded to a Sony LYT-900 1-inch sensor, still supporting 50MP resolution. Improved manufacturing processes further enhance overall power efficiency.

Compared to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which allows switching between f/1.9 and f/4.0 apertures, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers stepless aperture adjustment between f/1.63 and f/4, while retaining optical image stabilization. The other lenses remain the same as the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, using a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 sensor. The 75mm telephoto lens has an f/1.8 aperture, while the 120mm telephoto lens has an f/2.5 aperture, and it also supports telephoto macro shooting.
